The ideal candidate must possess 6-10 years of experience in control functions such as Audit, Permanent Control, Compliance, or Risk Management. Strong academic credentials from a business school, engineering school, or university with a specialization in Banking, Finance, Compliance, or Audit are essential. Technical expertise in banking regulations, post-trade processes, and risk management frameworks is crucial for success in this role.
