The primary responsibilities include analyzing user requirements, designing technical architecture to integrate Oracle HCM solution with existing enterprise systems, configuring the platform according to specific organizational needs, developing integrations with internal and external systems using interfaces, APIs, EDI, and pre-built connectors, performing comprehensive testing, and providing user training and technical support post-deployment.
The ideal candidate must have a Master's degree or engineering background in Information Systems, with 6-10 years of professional experience. Key requirements include deep expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud modules, proficiency in developing and configuring Core HR, Talent Management, and Analytics modules, experience in UI and workflow customization, and ability to integrate HCM systems with other enterprise platforms.
