The ideal candidate must have a Master's degree or engineering background in Information Systems, with 6-10 years of professional experience. Key requirements include deep expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud modules, proficiency in developing and configuring Core HR, Talent Management, and Analytics modules, experience in UI and workflow customization, and ability to integrate HCM systems with other enterprise platforms.
