Job description
A regulatory project manager role within Capital Markets Operations (CMO) responsible for ensuring completeness and quality of transactional regulatory reporting for market operations. The ideal candidate will manage complex regulatory projects, interpret regulatory texts, and work closely with front office, back office, compliance, and IT teams.
Primary responsibilities include managing regulatory reporting projects across multiple frameworks like MMSR/SMMD, GTR (EMIR, DFA), MIFID II, and SFTR. This involves scoping needs, drafting business requirements, validating functional specifications, designing test cases, and conducting user acceptance testing.
Required experience includes a Master's degree in Finance or Banking, 6-10 years of professional experience in investment banking, strong knowledge of market products, regulatory frameworks, project management methodology, and ability to work in complex, demanding environments with excellent communication skills.
