Job description
Crédit Agricole CIB is seeking a Finance Officer for their Brussels branch, focusing on financial control and reporting for commercial banking activities. The role involves daily accounting controls, financial reporting, and supporting the Finance Department's key responsibilities in the Benelux zone.
The primary responsibilities include conducting daily accounting controls, monitoring accounting discrepancies, analyzing financial positions, reconciling sensitive accounts, preparing comprehensive financial reports, and ensuring compliance with CA CIB Group accounting principles.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of university-level education, preferably with 2 years of experience in a financial institution or audit company. Strong knowledge of banking accounting principles, auditing practices, and proficiency in Business Object reporting tools are essential. Candidates must demonstrate excellent communication skills, result-oriented thinking, and the ability to work collaboratively across different disciplines.
