Job description
Crédit Agricole SA is seeking an experienced Tech Lead for their IT HR & Corporate Functions department, focusing on developing and maintaining the MyDev application based on Oracle HCM. The role requires expertise in technical solutions, application performance, and system integration for a strategic HR digital transformation program serving 60,000 employees across 13 entities.
As a Tech Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring the stability, performance, and scalability of the MyDev application. Primary responsibilities include contributing to functional specifications, identifying technical solutions, adapting Oracle HCM software, developing specific application solutions, creating reports, and administering system parameters.
The ideal candidate should have extensive experience with SQL, JavaScript, Oracle APEX, and REACT, with specific expertise in Oracle HCM core and compensation modules. A background in system integration, software development, and HR technology platforms is crucial. Strong technical skills combined with the ability to analyze complex problems and implement robust solutions are essential.
