Job description
An Access Governance Manager at Deutsche Bank will oversee identity and access services, managing user access lifecycles, conducting recertification drives, and ensuring robust cybersecurity protocols across the organization's digital infrastructure.
The role involves being part of a larger Chief Information Security team responsible for managing the entire access lifecycle of business users, including providing access on a need-to-know basis, ensuring segregation of duties, providing recertification services, and revoking access when not required. Key responsibilities include executing data ETL jobs, providing end-user support, handling service requests, troubleshooting client issues, and maintaining documentation and operational procedures.
The ideal candidate should have comprehensive knowledge of infrastructure domain and access management, with strong customer service experience. Essential technical skills include proficiency with RSA IGL, ServiceNow, Oracle Developer Tools, SQL scripting, Excel macros, Active Directory, and Virtual Data Rooms. Candidates must demonstrate strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritization skills, along with excellent verbal and interpersonal communication abilities.
