Job description
Deutsche Bank is seeking a motivated Personal Banking Advisor for its Goch branch. The role involves providing comprehensive banking services, selling financial products, and building strong client relationships in a customer-centric environment.
As a Personal Banking Advisor in the Goch branch, you will be responsible for client-oriented consulting and sales of banking products. Your primary responsibilities include managing a portfolio of assigned clients, scheduling and conducting consultations, and proactively identifying customer needs. You will focus on selling banking products such as accounts, cards, home savings, deposits, and consumer financing, while also potentially providing basic investment advice.
The ideal candidate will have a completed banking professional qualification (Bankkaufmann/Bankkauffrau) with strong sales orientation and comprehensive knowledge of private customer products. You must demonstrate excellent skills in appointment scheduling, customer-oriented consulting, and closing sales. Strong communication skills, a confident demeanor, and the ability to effectively present digital banking services are crucial for success in this role.
