Job description
A specialized role for lawyers with M&A experience looking to transition into a front office role at Deutsche Bank. The position involves structuring event-driven hedges, evaluating corporate transactions, and coordinating work across global teams.
Primary responsibilities include structuring event-driven hedges in cooperation with foreign exchange and rates teams, evaluating M&A deals, acting as a key contact point for event-driven hedges across global regions, and developing innovative hedge products for the bank's customers.
The ideal candidate will have post-qualification private practice experience in Corporate M&A, with cross-border transaction experience, strong legal drafting skills, familiarity with M&A legal structures and documentation, and experience managing external counsel.
