Rotating through four different teams within the CFO, participants will engage in strategic financial planning, global financial reporting, financial market analysis, budget management, and business area steering across a global context.
Candidates should have a Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Business Mathematics, or Engineering, with strong numerical skills, prior practical experience in banking/finance, international exposure, and excellent German and English communication abilities.
