Job description
Deutsche Bank's Graduate Programme in Human Resources offers a comprehensive 12-month program in Frankfurt for recent graduates, providing opportunities to work on fascinating projects, participate in continuous training, and develop professional skills across various HR domains.
The role involves participating in a structured talent program with four rotations across different HR areas, including HR Business Advisory, Performance & Reward, Labour Relations, Talent & Development, and Workforce Strategy & Analytics. Graduates will have the opportunity to actively contribute and shape HR initiatives.
Ideal candidates are students or recent graduates in Business Administration, Economics, Law, Psychology, or related fields with mathematical or scientific backgrounds. Candidates should have practical experience, such as internships in HR, be proficient in MS Office, and demonstrate strong academic performance with an interest in strategic HR and management topics.
