Participants will contribute to developing sustainability strategies, supporting strategic initiatives, and working on strategic projects across different bank departments.
Candidates should have a background in Business Administration, Economics, Communications, Humanities, or Law. Ideal candidates have banking sector knowledge, practical experience in consulting or companies, and strong project management skills. Fluency in German and English, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in Office applications are required.
