As an intern, you will work within a project team from day one, focusing on strategic topics for the bank. You will quickly take responsibility for individual project tasks, accompany your project team to important meetings with project clients, and collaborate with contact persons from different business areas to gain comprehensive bank-wide knowledge.
Ideal candidates should have completed at least three semesters of study in business, humanities, legal, or social sciences, preferably with a focus on banking/finance. Previous project work experience, time spent abroad, and extra-curricular engagement are highly valued. Strong communication skills in German and English, ability to work in teams, and comfort with analyzing complex problems are essential.
