A key role within the DWS Product Division for managing and developing Private Debt strategies, specifically focusing on Real Estate Debt. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating product roadmaps, developing new investment concepts, and presenting DWS's Private Debt capabilities across different client segments.
The primary responsibilities involve acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for new and existing product initiatives, leading the development of alternative investment concepts in Real Estate Debt, coordinating with Client Coverage Division and Investment Division to extend product access to institutional, wholesale, and retail channels.
The ideal candidate should have 5-10 years of asset management experience, strong knowledge of Private Debt, Corporate Private Credit, fund structures, and regulatory frameworks. Expertise in Real Estate, insurance regulation, and capital cost treatment is crucial. The role requires strong strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across the organization.
