As an Intern in Asset Management Real Estate (AM RE), you will support the Asset Managers in managing and analyzing real estate assets owned by DWS funds. Your primary responsibilities will include gathering market information, preparing reports, tracking and supervising property managers, updating databases, and assisting with the overall asset management process for a portfolio exceeding €2 billion in office, retail, and logistic assets.
To excel in this role, you should be a student specializing in Real Estate Asset Management with excellent analytical skills, proficiency in MS Office, and the ability to work independently. Strong communication skills in both English and French are mandatory, and you must demonstrate keen attention to detail, organizational capabilities, and a proactive approach to supporting the Asset Management team.
