Job description
Deutsche Bank is seeking an experienced Data Analyst for their Anti-Financial Crime (AFC) Monitoring & Screening Global Platform. The role involves analyzing complex financial data, developing insights, and supporting business requirements through advanced analytics in an international environment.
As a Lead Analytics Analyst in the Intelligence Layer function, you will be responsible for analyzing data from various sources, identifying trends and patterns, and transforming business requirements into actionable analytics activities. Your primary focus will be on developing insights and recommendations to support Anti-Financial Crime initiatives, working closely with cross-functional teams of analysts, data engineers, and scientists.
The ideal candidate should have a degree in computer science, mathematics, or physics, with at least 3 years of professional experience in Python programming, big data technologies, and data analytics. Strong experience in data processing pipelines, ETL contexts, and a deep understanding of statistical methods are crucial. Proficiency in technologies like GCP, Hadoop, Apache Spark, and shell scripting is required.
