Job description
Deutsche Bank seeks an experienced Digital Sales Leader for their Corporate Banking division to develop and implement digital sales strategies, optimize sales channels, and drive business growth through innovative digital approaches.
Responsible for developing and executing the digital sales strategy to increase new business through external channels and cross-sell quotas. This includes expanding and optimizing digital sales channels, driving volume and revenue targets, generating leads for analog sales, establishing an integrated sales and marketing platform, and implementing digital campaigns using tools like Adobe and Salesforce.
Requires a successful degree in business administration, finance, or sales with digital media experience. Candidates must have multiple years of leadership experience in digital sales within financial services or e-commerce, demonstrating proven success in implementing digital sales strategies and achieving ambitious growth targets. Strong understanding of digital technologies, sales tools, and trends is essential.
