Job description
Dow Jones seeks a Recruiting Coordinator for their Barcelona office to support the Talent Acquisition Team. The ideal candidate will manage recruitment processes, coordinate interviews, and provide administrative support with strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
Primary responsibilities include collaborating with recruiters and hiring managers throughout the recruitment lifecycle, managing interview scheduling, creating offer letters, initiating background checks, utilizing ServiceNow for talent acquisition requests, and tracking referrals and new hire onboarding processes.
Required experience includes 1-3 years in recruitment or administrative support, proficiency with HR databases and recruiting tools, strong communication skills, experience with Workday's recruiting function, and ability to use tools like Canva, Sterling, and Google Suite. Candidates must demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
