This role focuses on sourcing deal-flow from new and existing crypto protocols requiring liquidity providers at centralized exchanges. The Business Development Manager will take complete ownership of project lifecycles, from initial discussions through onboarding and trading go-live, working closely with the trading team to design and negotiate agreements.
Candidates must have 3+ years of Sales or Business Development experience in the crypto industry, with a proven track record in liquidity provision. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a high sense of urgency, self-motivation, and entrepreneurial spirit. Strong communication skills, data-driven decision-making, and the ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments are crucial.
