This role involves sourcing deal-flow from new and existing blockchain protocols requiring liquidity providers, developing a global crypto ecosystem network, and managing entire project lifecycles from initial discussions through trading go-live. The manager will actively engage with potential partners and coordinate closely with trading teams to design and negotiate strategic agreements.
Candidates must possess 3+ years of sales or business development experience specifically within the crypto industry, with a proven track record in liquidity provision. Strong entrepreneurial skills, self-motivation, and the ability to work effectively in high-pressure environments are essential. Candidates should demonstrate a data-driven approach to decision-making, excellent communication skills, and proven ability to independently drive projects to completion.
