Primary responsibilities include leading day-to-day coverage of global counterparties during the European time zone, facilitating spot and options trades, providing market insights, coordinating trade resolutions, developing a pipeline of prospective institutional investors, creating market color for internal and external distribution, representing the firm at industry events, and cross-selling products to enhance counterparty trading experiences.
Required experience includes 3+ years in institutional high-touch sales and relationship management, preferably with a trading firm, bank, or broker-dealer. Candidates should have a track record of excellence in managing institutional relationships, with previous derivatives and FX market experience preferred. Strong understanding of crypto market structure, high sense of urgency, entrepreneurial spirit, and data-driven decision-making are essential.
