DRW is seeking a Quantitative Trader for its Cryptoassets team in the Cayman Islands. The role involves managing cryptoasset portfolios, executing trading strategies, and working closely with experienced traders and researchers using advanced technology and risk management techniques.
As a Quantitative Trader, you will provide quotes to OTC counterparties, operate automated trading systems, manage desk positions, suggest system improvements, and contribute to trading activities including position reconciliation, risk management, and post-trade analysis.
The role requires a minimum of 3+ years trading experience, 1+ year of programming experience in Python or C++, strong ability to articulate and troubleshoot trades and systems, exceptional attention to detail, and a passion for crypto assets and blockchain technologies.
