DRW is seeking an exceptional Software Engineer to design and develop tools and infrastructure used by Traders and Quantitative Researchers. The role involves collaborating across the firm to provide cutting-edge technology solutions, expanding the existing trading platform, and promoting software engineering best practices.
The role involves managing day-to-day technology requirements for proprietary trading systems, accelerating trading and research analysis workflows by utilizing and expanding DRW's in-house infrastructure, and improving overall productivity through technological solutions.
Candidates must have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, 5+ years of experience building demanding live systems in Python, in-depth knowledge of Python (version 3.8 onwards), understanding of the Python ecosystem, concurrent programming skills, solid grasp of data structures, and strong verbal and written communication abilities.
