Primary Responsibilities: Developing sustainability products across liquid asset classes, identifying and implementing regulatory requirements in sustainable finance, conducting product-related research and quantitative analyses, preparing ESG framework presentations, and collaborating closely with internal stakeholders like client coverage, product specialists, and portfolio management teams.
Required Experience and Skills: Extensive experience with sustainable and thematic investment solutions, strong analytical and conceptual skills for data processing and interpretation, proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint), knowledge of sustainable finance regulations like SFDR, understanding of climate and biodiversity-related frameworks such as TCFD/TNFD, and excellent German and English communication skills.
