Primary responsibilities include supporting commercial activities through bespoke in-house built systems, working across Front Office Process Automation, Front Office Decision Support, and Front Office Analytics and Execution. The Business Analyst will manage project delivery as a light Product Owner and Project Manager, collaborating with IT Delivery Team Leads to deliver and manage business-as-usual and project streams.
Required experience includes strong technical and analytical skills, with proficiency in SQL, Excel, and understanding of software development lifecycle. The candidate must demonstrate ability to work collaboratively across IT and commercial functions, communicate effectively at different organizational levels, own problems, make fast decisions, and quickly acquire new knowledge. Experience with European Power and Gas commodity markets is highly advantageous.
