Ideal candidates will demonstrate advanced technical ownership, pedagogical approaches, and effective communication skills. Essential qualifications include profound software architecture knowledge, modern architectural pattern understanding, advanced DevOps and monitoring strategies expertise, and preferably a cloud certification. Technical proficiency in TypeScript, Nest, Fastify, Next, React, Node, and basic Java knowledge is crucial. Experience with Docker, Terraform, monitoring tools like Kibana and Grafana, and cloud solutions such as Azure, AWS, or OVH is expected.
