Candidates must have at least five years of professional experience in IT separations, integrations, value creation, and IT project leadership. A strong academic background in business, economics, or engineering is required, with an advanced degree (MBA or PhD preferred). Analytical skills, quick comprehension, precise work methods, and excellent communication abilities in German and English are essential.
