The primary responsibilities include assisting tax lawyers in calculating compensation, tracking tax deadlines, managing pre-litigation with tax authorities, optimizing tax treatment of compensation, handling declarative obligations, addressing international labor law issues, managing international social protection, providing expatriation policy advice, and supporting employee share ownership and HR processes.
Required experience includes being a law student pursuing a Master's degree in International Taxation or equivalent, with a strong preference for candidates with a dual law/business background. Candidates must have prior internship experience in law firms or companies that have strengthened their interest in taxation. English language proficiency is mandatory, with a second language being an advantage. The ideal candidate should demonstrate autonomy, service-oriented approach, and strong interpersonal skills.
