Primary responsibilities include providing legal services to clients, supporting senior lawyers in various legal matters, working on corporate law transactions, drafting legal documents, providing legal consultations in different practice areas, and collaborating with colleagues across EY departments to deliver comprehensive legal solutions.
Required experience includes a freshly completed law degree, strong interest in private law, ability to learn quickly, excellent English language skills, adaptability to dynamic legal environments, and willingness to work on multiple legal cases simultaneously. Proficiency in German or another world language is considered advantageous.
