The primary responsibilities include searching through a 200-person talent pool to identify and allocate appropriate staff resources, proposing matching team members for specific project needs, updating internal planning management software 'Retain', optimizing staff workload distribution, tracking employee leave and training, performing weekly time management reconciliations, supporting staff throughout work seasons, monitoring sick leaves, and preparing seasonal staffing plans.
The ideal candidate is currently pursuing a Bac+4/+5 degree, preferably in Human Resources, with strong computer skills and exceptional organizational capabilities. Key requirements include demonstrating rigor, quick thinking, autonomy, diplomatic communication, excellent interpersonal skills, active listening, and a service-oriented mindset.
