Job description
EY is seeking an HRIS Apprentice to join their Strategic HR Direction in Paris. The role involves supporting HRIS projects, coordinating stakeholders, and providing technical support, ideal for a student pursuing a Bac+4/5 in Information Systems with strong communication skills and an international mindset.
As an HRIS Apprentice at EY, you will be responsible for project tracking, coordinating internal client requests, ensuring recommendations from various services are integrated into final projects, and managing projects end-to-end. This includes collecting and documenting requirements, monitoring development, participating in testing phases, and creating training materials.
The ideal candidate is currently pursuing a Bac+4/5 in Information Systems with a strong understanding of information systems. You should demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, be autonomous, proactive, and possess strong analytical abilities. Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is essential, and you should be comfortable working in an innovative and international corporate environment.
