EY is seeking an Analyst for their Deal Origination team, focusing on identifying and analyzing potential transactions in the CEE region. The role involves supporting Private Equity funds by gathering market intelligence, conducting strategic analyses, and developing comprehensive insights into potential investment opportunities.
Primary responsibilities include supporting the collection of information about upcoming transactions in CEE markets, analyzing strategic aspects of transactions important to financial investors, building long-term relationships within the organization and with leading Private Equity funds in the CEE region, and preparing comprehensive company and sector analyses.
Required experience includes at least one year in transaction and/or strategic advisory, strong knowledge of corporate finance, excellent proficiency in MS Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel), highly developed analytical skills, and very good English language skills with most tasks performed in English.
