As an Architect, you will be responsible for contributing to various technical streams of insurance implementation projects, working as a Technical Lead. Your key responsibilities include helping build Insurance competency in Poland and the EMEIA region, communicating with onsite coordinators and client stakeholders, planning and monitoring project deliverables, and mentoring project team members.
The role requires a strong technical background with expertise in Java/JEE, Spring, Hibernate, Spring Boot Microservices, Web Services, Apache Camel, and Kafka. Candidates must have at least 10 years of corporate IT experience, with 5+ years in a similar position. Architectural certifications like AWS/Azure/GCP Architect level, TOGAF, or ArchiMate are highly valued, along with hands-on experience in the insurance domain.
