Primary responsibilities include managing complex international Partner schedules, handling telephone calls in French and English, reading emails, organizing meetings and conference calls, arranging complex travel itineraries, and producing and formatting documents including correspondence and presentations.
Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in similar roles within complex and highly international environments. Essential requirements include proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook), and fluent English language skills. A minimum educational background of Bac+2 is required.
