Job description
EY is seeking an experienced Senior Manager for their CFO Advisory team within the Transaction Strategy and Execution practice. The role involves supporting CFOs across different sectors, driving value through transaction and finance-related advisory services, and leading client engagements with a focus on operational excellence and strategic transformation.
As an Assistant Director in the TSE team, you will be responsible for business origination, client pitches, and managing transaction engagements under tight M&A timeframes. You will advise on the impact of merger and acquisition transactions on finance functions, integration challenges, and support operational due diligence and value creation strategies.
The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 8 years of experience in finance roles, including industry positions in FP&A, Financial Control, or Commercial Finance. A qualified accountant certification (ACA, CIMA) is required, along with strong analytical skills, the ability to work in fast-paced environments, and experience in leading and supporting teams.
