As an Assistant Director in the TSE team, you will be responsible for business origination, client pitches, and managing transaction engagements under tight M&A timeframes. You will advise on the impact of merger and acquisition transactions on finance functions, integration challenges, and support operational due diligence and value creation strategies.
The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 8 years of experience in finance roles, including industry positions in FP&A, Financial Control, or Commercial Finance. A qualified accountant certification (ACA, CIMA) is required, along with strong analytical skills, the ability to work in fast-paced environments, and experience in leading and supporting teams.
