Job description
EY seeks an experienced Assistant Director for their Transaction Diligence team in London. The role involves conducting financial due diligence for corporate and financial clients across various sectors, assessing business finances, identifying risks and opportunities, and providing strategic insights to clients during acquisitions, divestments, and financial transactions.
The primary responsibilities include leading transaction diligence projects, managing cross-functional teams, gathering and analyzing financial information, developing client approaches, and providing comprehensive insights and conclusions about potential business transactions.
Candidates must have an ACA or ACCA qualification, strong commercial experience in financial due diligence, excellent project management skills, and the ability to build effective client relationships. Demonstrated experience in business development and high-quality client service is essential.
