Job description
EY is seeking an experienced professional for a Transaction Diligence role in Birmingham, focusing on helping corporate and financial clients meet strategic goals through comprehensive financial assessment and due diligence. The role requires strong commercial experience, financial analysis skills, and the ability to work in high-performing, integrated teams across various sectors and disciplines.
This role involves leading transaction diligence projects, understanding key business drivers, co-developing approaches with clients, and providing insights through factual conclusions and advice. Primary responsibilities include project managing teams, verifying information, preparing comprehensive reports and presentations, and forming multi-disciplinary teams across EY's international networks.
Candidates must have an ACA, ACCA or equivalent qualification, demonstrated business development experience, and strong commercial expertise in financial due diligence. The role requires excellent communication skills, project management capabilities, time management under pressure, and the ability to build effective relationships at all organizational levels.
