The role involves working with top-tier domestic investors on significant investment projects, conducting environmental assessments, and supporting sustainability initiatives.
The primary responsibilities include participating in Environmental Site Assessments (ESA) and Environmental Due Diligence assignments for industrial and property developments. This involves conducting environmental risk assessments, field sampling projects including soil, groundwater, and hazardous building substance sampling, and preparing comprehensive technical reports.
Candidates must have a BSc/MSc in environmental science or engineering, with strong technical and analytical skills. Essential requirements include basic knowledge of AutoCAD and geospatial software solutions, excellent written and verbal communication in English and Hungarian, and a growth-oriented mindset focused on sustainability and innovation.
