Job description
EY seeks an Assistant for their Forensic & Integrity Services team in Nicosia. The role involves supporting internal audit, anti-money laundering, corporate compliance, and fraud investigation engagements. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background and opportunity to train for a professional ACCA qualification.
The role primarily involves conducting detailed financial investigations, performing data analysis, assessing key controls, preparing working papers, and supporting forensic service engagements. Responsibilities include developing work programs, selecting statistical samples, testing controls, and drafting comprehensive reports for potential fraud or compliance issues.
Candidates must possess a university degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field. Essential requirements include excellent verbal and written communication skills in Greek and English, strong IT proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Candidates should demonstrate analytical skills, attention to detail, and capability to identify and escalate potential risks.
