Primary responsibilities include participating in regulatory advisory projects related to sustainability, ESG, emissions reduction, industrial decarbonization, and energy and environmental law, preparing legal opinions, drafting and reviewing contracts for energy sector entities, and preparing administrative procedure documents.
Required experience includes a legal degree, minimum 3 years of professional experience in legal or business advisory roles covering energy law, environmental law, sustainable development, ESG, energy transformation, and corporate reporting. Strong analytical skills, proficiency in legal information systems, advanced Polish and English language skills (B2 minimum), and structured problem-solving abilities are essential.
