Job description
EY is seeking Audit Assistants to support financial reporting and provide strategic insights for clients. Candidates will help accurately document audit procedures, analyze financial statements, and contribute to assurance engagements in a professional and collaborative environment.
Primary responsibilities include supporting the planning, execution, and delivery of assurance engagements. Audit Assistants will document specific audit procedures, conduct basic financial statement analysis, identify potential audit issues, and communicate findings to the assurance team. They will work collaboratively to ensure comprehensive and accurate financial reporting for clients ranging from small businesses to large corporations.
Required experience includes a degree in Accountancy or Business, minimum 1 year of relevant audit work experience, and excellent written and verbal communication skills in Croatian and English. Candidates must demonstrate a detail-oriented mindset, professional integrity, and ability to work effectively in team environments. Strong analytical skills, results-driven approach, and passion for quality and accuracy are essential for success in this role.
