Primary responsibilities include coordinating financial statement audits, designing audit procedures, assessing risks, managing engagement teams, understanding EY's audit methodology, building strong client relationships, and developing junior team members.
Required experience includes a professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA), 3-5 years post-qualification experience, expertise in Financial Services Industry auditing, experience in IFRS and ISAs, strong coaching and supervisory skills, and ability to work under pressure.
