Primary responsibilities include providing legal advice and handling litigation in public law and business public law domains, including public contracts, public service delegations, and public-private partnerships. Candidates will actively participate in documentary research, drafting procedural documents, legal notes, and consultations for public sector projects.
Required experience includes holding or being in the process of obtaining the CAPA (French Bar Admission Certificate) and a Master's degree in Public Law and/or Public Business Law. Previous internships or initial experience demonstrating interest in the field is essential. Candidates must have mandatory, excellent English language proficiency, both written and spoken.
