Primary responsibilities include conducting legal audits on immaterial assets, data protection, IP/IT contracts, drafting legal consultations on IP/IT/GDPR topics, reviewing and negotiating IT and immaterial asset contracts, and developing compliance programs, particularly in personal data protection.
The ideal candidate should have the CAPA or be in the process of obtaining it, with a Master's degree in Intellectual Property Law, Data Protection, or Digital Law. Prior experience or internships in law firms or companies is preferred. Strong English language skills are mandatory, with a second language being an advantage.
