Primary responsibilities include supervising legal team members in mergers and acquisitions, participating in acquisition and sale operations across domestic and international contexts, managing complex legal processes from initial letter of intent through post-closing integration, and providing legal support in areas such as corporate restructuring, capital increases, and fundraising.
Required experience includes holding a CAPA certification, having a Master's degree in Business or Corporate Law, preferably with additional training from a top business school or LLM. Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience in M&A/Corporate law departments, demonstrated leadership experience, and the ability to manage and motivate team members through complex legal processes.
