Job description
EY Hungary is seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Specialist in Debrecen to process monthly payrolls, interact with international offices, and complete administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have payroll experience, strong English skills, and a desire to work in a dynamic, globally-connected professional environment.
Primary responsibilities involve comprehensive monthly payroll processing for EY clients, including cafeteria administration, preparing tax declarations, analytics, and statistics. Tasks also include maintaining communication with foreign EY offices and government authorities, and completing various administrative duties.
Required experience includes a university degree, 1-2 years of payroll experience or payroll administration certification, confident English language skills, user-level computer skills (MS Office), precision in work execution, and a collaborative approach. Candidates with additional certifications in payroll and social security administration and knowledge of Nexon systems are preferred.
