Job description
EY is seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst with expertise in Channels and Mobile technology and CRM solutions. The role involves analyzing complex processes, defining requirements, and implementing channel strategies to enhance customer engagement and drive business growth in the Financial Services Technology Consulting practice.
The primary responsibilities include conducting thorough analysis of existing processes and systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements, developing detailed user stories and specifications, and serving as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure clear communication and implementation of channel solutions.
The ideal candidate must have a bachelor's degree, minimum 5 years of consulting experience, proficiency in customer and digital platforms like Salesforce and Microsoft technologies, strong understanding of CRM best practices, proven experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, and excellent analytical and communication skills. Relevant certifications and experience with Agile methodologies are highly advantageous.
