Job description
EY seeks a Business Development Client Executive to play a key strategic role in managing client relationships and driving business growth within the Financial Services Office. The ideal candidate will focus on client prioritization, delivering value beyond audit, and expanding service opportunities across the organization.
The primary responsibilities include developing comprehensive client strategies, proactively managing client relationships, and supporting growth initiatives across EY's service offerings. The role involves deep engagement with client stakeholders to understand their priorities, deliver tailored information sessions, and expand service opportunities.
The candidate must possess a master's degree (business/commerce), minimum 5 years of professional experience in financial services, with strong commercial acumen, sales negotiation skills, and excellent communication capabilities. Fluent English is required, along with project and people management experience and the ability to overcome challenges through interpersonal skills.
