EY is seeking enthusiastic (Senior) Consultants for their Business Tax Compliance (BTC) team in Groningen. The role involves managing a diverse client portfolio with significant responsibility, working in collaborative account teams to solve complex tax challenges, and adding value through comprehensive tax compliance and advisory services.
Primary responsibilities include managing a client portfolio, preparing and reviewing corporate and income tax returns for multinationals, SMEs, family businesses, and high-net-worth individuals. Consultants will help prepare, manage, and submit tax declarations, identify opportunities based on financial information, and optimize client processes using AI technology.
Required experience includes a completed or near-completed tax-related education such as Register Tax Advisor, Fiscal Law, Fiscal Economics, Business Economics, Finance, Tax and Advice, or Management, Economics & Law. Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Dutch and English are essential, with an analytical mindset and ability to solve complex tax puzzles.
