EY is seeking enthusiastic (Senior) Consultants for their Business Tax Compliance (BTC) team in Zwolle. The role involves managing a diverse client portfolio with significant personal responsibility, working within an account team to address complex tax challenges and add value through collaborative efforts.
Primary responsibilities include managing a client portfolio, preparing and reviewing corporate and income tax returns for multinationals, SMEs, family businesses, and high-net-worth individuals. Consultants will help prepare, manage, and submit tax declarations while identifying opportunities for process optimization using AI and financial information analysis.
Required experience includes a completed or near-completed tax-related education such as Tax Advisory, Fiscal Law, Fiscal Economics, Business Economics, Finance, Tax and Advice, or Management. Candidates must be analytically minded, communicative, and able to articulate themselves effectively in both Dutch and English.
