EY is seeking a motivated Tax Consultant in Hengelo to join their Business Tax Compliance team. The role involves managing a diverse client portfolio, preparing complex tax returns, and providing exceptional client service. Ideal candidates have a fiscal education, at least 2 years of tax experience, and strong Dutch and English communication skills.
Primary responsibilities include preparing and reviewing complex corporate and income tax returns, discussing tax positions with clients, controlling tax assessments issued by the tax authorities, preparing fiscal positions for annual reports, and supporting and developing a team of consultants, work students, and interns.
Required experience includes a completed or near-completed fiscal education such as Tax Advisor, Fiscal Law, Fiscal Economics, Business Economics, or Finance, Tax and Advice. Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of experience as a tax professional, working in a Tax Compliance practice or at the Tax Authorities, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in Dutch and English.
